As required by R307-326-9(7), Chevron Salt Lake Refinery (Chevron) is submitting the 3rd Quarter 2024 VOC
monitoring and leak data for UACR-regulated components.
In compliance with the Consent Decree (C 03-04650 CRB), UACR-regulated valves in light-liquid and gas
vapor service are now being inspected quarterly (with the exception of valves in process units that are currently
on alternative skip monitoring rules as allowed under Appendix K of the Consent Decree).
Chevron certifies that all monitoring required by Utah Administrative Code Title R307-326-9 has been
conducted during the calendar quarter at the Salt Lake Refinery.
