As required by R307-326-9(7), Chevron Salt Lake Refinery (Chevron) is submitting the 1st Quarter 2024YOC
monitoring and leak data for UACR-regulated components.
In compliance with the Consent Decree (C 03-04650 CRB), UACR-regulated valves in lightJiquid and gas
vapor service are now being inspected quarterly (with the exception of valves in process units that are currently
on alternative skip monitoring rules as allowed under Appendix K of the Consent Decree).
Chevron certifies that all monitoring required by Utah Administrative Code Title R307-326-9 has been
conducted during the calendar quarter at the Salt Lake Refinery.
