(iv)(A) Each 3-hour period of operation during which the average temperature of the gas stream in the combustion zone of a thermal vapor incinerator, as measured by the temperature device, is more than 28 "C (50'F) below the design combustion zone temperature. All 3-hour periods during which the Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) gas stream temperature in the combustion zone was below 1350'F are listed in Table I below. (ivXD) Each 3-hour period of operation during which the average concentration of organics or the average concentration of benzene in the exhaust gas from a carbon adsorber, condenser, or other vapor recovery system is more than 20 percent greater than the design concentration level of organics or benzene in the exhaust gas. The Chevron Marketing Terminal uses a Vapor Recovery Unit (VRU) to control BWON streams. During the reporting period, there were no 3-hour periods in which the average concentration of organics or benzene in the exhaust gas was more than 20 percent greater than the design concentration level of organics or benzene in the exhaust gas. REVIEWEDInitials: Date: August 16, 2024Compliance Status: OKFile #: 10119 (B2) (iv)fl) Each occurrence when the carbon in a carbon adsorber system that is not regenerated directly onsite in the control device is not replaced at the predetermined interual specified in 61.354(d) of this subpart. During the reporting period, one set of carbon canisters were on site, utilizing dual carbon canisters in series. Breakthrough monitoring is performed between the two canisters on a weekly basis; the secondary canister is monitored monthly. During the reporting period there were no occurences when carbon canisters were not replaced at the predetermined interval.
