Dear Mr. Bird:
The following constitutes the semiannual compliance report, submitted in accordance with Title 40,
Section 63.6650 of the Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.), for three (3) 391 horsepower 4-stroke
rich burn spark ignition reciprocating internal combustion engines (RICE)-identified as
compressors K35001, K35002, and K35003-located at the Chevron Products Company Salt Lake
Refinery (the Refinery).
This report covers the period from January 1,2024, through June 30, 2024. There were no
malfunctions identified during the reporting period. There were no deviations from any emission or
operating limits during the reporting period.
