Initial implementation of $60.483-2(b)(3) monitoring occurred in the 4n quarter of 2003. Chevron is now conducting skip period monitoring based upon the "Sustainable Skip Period Monitoring Program" in Appendix K of the Consent Decree, which has instituted enhanced rules forskip monitoring to be used in lieu of $60.483-2(b)(3) rules.
