Attention:
UACR 4th Quarter 2023AISPS Subpart GGGa 2nd Semianntal2023 VOC Monitoring Report
Chevron Products Company, Salt Lake City, UT Refinery
Mr. Bird:
As required by R307-326-9(7) and 40 CFR 60.592a(e), Chevron Salt Lake Refinery (Chevron) is submitting
the 4ft Quarter 2023 YOC monitoring and leak data for UACR-regulated components, and 2nd Semiannual
2023 monitoring and leak data for NSPS-regulated components.
In compliance with the Consent Decree (C 03-04650 CRB), UACR-regulated valves in light-liquid and vapor
service are now being inspected quarterly (with the exception of valves in process units that are currently on
alternative skip monitoring rules as allowed under Appendix K of the consent decree).
Chevron certifies that all monitoring required by Utah Administrative Code Title R307-326-9 has been
conducted during the calendar quarter at the Salt Lake Refinery.
The remainder of this report provides additional information required by R307-326-9(7) and 40 CFR 60.48'7a.
Because the previous UACR quarterly report was submitted for period ending September 30,2023,this report
contains only 4ft Quarter 2023 UACR monitoring data. Additionally, this report contains monitoring data for
NSPS components for the period of July 1 ,2023 to December 31 , 2023.
Please contact Tony Pollock at (801) 539-7162 for additional information regarding this report.
Sincerely,
