Box 144820 195 North 1950 West Salt Lake Ciry, UT 84114-4820 DIVISION OF AIH QUALITY Attention: UACR 4th Quarter 2023AISPS Subpart GGGa 2nd Semianntal2023 VOC Monitoring Report Chevron Products Company, Salt Lake City, UT Refinery Mr. Bird: As required by R307-326-9(7) and 40 CFR 60.592a(e), Chevron Salt Lake Refinery (Chevron) is submitting the 4ft Quarter 2023 YOC monitoring and leak data for UACR-regulated components, and 2nd Semiannual 2023 monitoring and leak data for NSPS-regulated components. In compliance with the Consent Decree (C 03-04650 CRB), UACR-regulated valves in light-liquid and vapor service are now being inspected quarterly (with the exception of valves in process units that are currently on alternative skip monitoring rules as allowed under Appendix K of the consent decree). Chevron certifies that all monitoring required by Utah Administrative Code Title R307-326-9 has been conducted during the calendar quarter at the Salt Lake Refinery. The remainder of this report provides additional information required by R307-326-9(7) and 40 CFR 60.48'7a. Because the previous UACR quarterly report was submitted for period ending September 30,2023,this report contains only 4ft Quarter 2023 UACR monitoring data. Additionally, this report contains monitoring data for NSPS components for the period of July 1 ,2023 to December 31 , 2023.
