Further to your letter, dated July 5, 2024, Anfietd Resources Hotding Corp. ('ARHC") woutd tike to
request an additionat 90 days to provide the revised surety instrument in the newty approved
funding amount for RML UT 0900480. Atthough in our communication with Heather Micketson this
week, she had indicated that the Division woutd onty be witting to extend for an additionat 30 days,
we would stitl. tike to request an additionat 90 days. Anfietd Energy Inc. ("AEl"), the parent company
of ARHC, is currentty in discussions with the DOE in Cotorado regarding revised surety estimates for
some DOE uranium teases hetd by another AEI subsidiary company. For the sake of efficiency AEI
would prefer to address these issues simultaneousty with our bonding company. The extra time
would provide a benefit to ARHC, while not negativety effecting the Division. We look forward to
your positive response.
