Dear Mr. Wingate:

We have completed the remediation that was identified as needed during the annual
inspection (April 17, 2024) of the onsite dams. The repairs on the three area’s are
documented below:

1. Lower embankment near the downstream toe and groin area.
This area required only a bit of shovel work. The rocks have stopped any deep burrows
and the soil color difference was surface only. We used a shovel to cave in the shallow
burrows.

The area had only shallow digging. The red
color was from dirt and rock that had been
placed there.

2. The upper embankment. The repairs on this area was for rodent burrows. The deeper
burrows were filled with expanding post hole foam. Shallow burrows were destroyed
by shoveling to cause the burrow to cave in. The burrow area was then covered with
boulders.

Two burrows were filled with foam as they
were much deeper than the other burrows.
Foam was chosen as the fill option due to its
lighter weight and the location being in the
middle of a steep slope.

Boulders placed over the burrow area. 9 yards of boulders were put over the two locations.

3. Upper embankment left side. The repairs here were erosion control and reinforcement
of the berm that protects the dam from water run-off.

We have completed the remediation that was discussed during the annual inspection
of the dam. We also continue to work to deter the rodents from burrowing on the dam.
