Dear Mr. Patton: The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) conducted a final inspection on November 4, 2020. The Soil Liner Certification was submitted on October 9, 2020 by Gary Chapman, P.E. of Enviro-Ag Engineering, Inc. The report was stamped by Brad J. Wieck, P.E. This report contained an as-built drawing of the waste water pond and the results of the permeability tests. The moisture/density tests were provided on November 3, 2020. All testing was completed in compliance with the Construction Permit. Based on the final inspection and the review of the Soil Liner Certification Report and the moisture/density tests, DWQ approves the use of the Solids Separator Tank and the new Clay Lined Waste Water Lagoon.
