CFR 60.113b(aX2), 40 CFR 53.1053(c)(1)(i) and 40 CFR 63.1063(cX2Xii), HF Sinclair Woods Cross Refining
LLC performed inspections on floating roof tanks during March 2024. ln accordance with 40 CFR
63.655(9) and 40 CFR 60.115b(aX3), this letter reports information on tanks for which the seal gap did
not meet specifications as summarized below.
