ln accordance with R307-325-9(3)(a)(vii), attached is a list of the 345 valves at HF Sinclair Woods Cross
Refining LLC - Woods Cross Refinery that are considered inaccessible. Valves are considered
inaccessible if the valve is in a location that cannot normally be reached, but can be accessed with a man
lift or scaffolding. These valves are scheduled for annual monitoring during the period luly 1,2024
through December 3L,2024 in accordance with our leak detection and repair program.
