Atlas Technical Consultants (Atlas) is pleased to submit this NSPS GGGa semi-annual report.
This report complies with the requirements of:
60.592(e) and 60.487(c) (NSPS GGGa)
l.) Semiannual Equipment Leak Report - A summary of total monitored, leaked, not
repaired in 15 days, and delay of repair items for each equipment category grouped by
Process Unit.
2.) Semi-annual-Details-No Detectable Emissions Report - A list of components classified
as "no detectable emission" components and associated monitoring for the report period.
Please note, this report must be signed prior to submittal to the agency.
3.) Delay of Repair Report - Lists each delay of repair component for the reporting period,
the explanation for why repair was delayed, and current status. Please note, this report
must be signed prior to submittal to the agency.
4.) Component-New Report-A list of components added since the previous quarterly report.
5.) Component-RFS (Removed From Seruice) Report - A list of components deleted since
the previous quarterly report.
6.) Semi-annual-Details-Closed Vent System Report - A list of components classified as
"closed vent system" components and associated monitoring for the report period. Please
note, this report must be signed prior to submittal to the agency.

The following items are included in Atlas Technical Consultants report package but do not need
to be submitted with the semi-annual report. These items are for facility record purposes only, and
are intended for report quality checking by the client.
7.) LDAR Program Comments Summary Report - This report is designed to be used in
tandem with the Semi-annual Equipment Leak Report to allow efficient quality checks by
the client.
8.) Component-Count Totals by Regulation (With or without chemical state) - A summary
of total equipment by unit, equipment category, regulation, and monitor frequency. This
report is used to quality check the total components monitored on the Semi-annual
Equipment Leak Report and verify the statement contained in the LDAR Program
Comments Summary Report.
