The established NOx permit limit for #5 Boiler incorporated into UDEQ permit DAeE-AN0101230036-10 is 0.03 lbs/mmBtu. The permit limit for NOx from #5 Boiler was proposed by Holly at a level of 0.02 lbs/mmBtu. The established NOx permit limit for #8 Boiler incorporated into UDEQ permit DAQE-ANO 1 0 I 23004 I - I 3 is 0.02 lbs/mmBtu.
