Re: Compliance Advisory, No Further Action – Cerrowire

On February 1, 2023, the Utah Division of Air Quality (DAQ) sent Cerrowire a Compliance
Advisory (DAQC-081-23) for potential violations of the Utah Air Quality Rules. Emissions and
equipment information submitted to the DAQ on December 15, 2023, determined Cerrowire was
eligible for a Small Source Exemption (DAQE-EN109580004-24) and Approval Order revocation
(DAQE-GN109580003-24), which were issued February 22, 2024, and February 23, 2024,
respectively. Based on the additional information provided to the DAQ, no further action is
required at this time. Please be aware that closure of this Compliance Advisory does not constitute
a bar to enforcement action for conditions found during other inspections.
