the spring related to a diversion channel or berm. She remembers someone from the state coming to look at it and
thought the deficiency had been resolved but I still see a SS03 deficiency on source WS004. Were you the one
who looked at that and if so, can the deficiency be resolved? It looks like David Kruse may have been the last one
to survey the system, so I've also cc'd him.
