The project was split in two phases, with the first payment made on November 2020 for $72,790.40, which paid for four dual-port level 2 EVSE units. This second payment is to cover the costs of installation, maintenance, and warranty for the remaining dual-port level 2 EVSE unit for $23,825.14. 2 UVU modified the location of one of their proposed public locations from the Business Resource Cent (BRC) parking lot- 815 West 1250 South, Orem, Utah 84058 to its Lehi Campus at 2912 Executive Pkwy, Lehi, UT 84043, a property that UVU purchased in April 2020. We will fund this EVSE unit at 100% up to $26,209.60. Please note that the BRC and this new location were both available to the public and would be eligible to be reimbursed 100%. UVU has indicated that it will not install the EVSE unit at the L9 parking 800 South 1200 West, Orem, Utah 84058. The total number of EVSE units that will be installed are two funded at 100 percent (1-Lehi Campus located at 2912 Executive Pkwy, Lehi, UT 84043 and 2-Aux Services parking lot- 1545 Business Park Drive, Orem, Utah 84058), and three funded at 60 percent (1- L6 parking lot- 1133 West 800 South, Orem, Utah 84058; M22 parking lot- 450 West 900 South, Orem, Utah 84058; and M29 parking lot- 1066 South 400 West Orem, Utah 84058).
