There are two items on it that need to be addressed. The first was the additional screen ocustom crushing project for the county making a new type of material we have not attempted before. When I originally submitted the portable crushing permit I didn’t think we would need the a screen. We were struggling to hit the specifications later on in the project so I had to bring it in quickly to prevent delay in the road construction. I apologize as I should have sent a request to mand add the screen. After talking to susan yesterday it is my understanding that all i need todo is send you a request for modification. If there is additional steps please let me know if not here is my request to add a 2021 TCI 6 x 24' Portable High Frequency Screen SN 15051397 only rated at 400 TPH. The second item was the production tons per hour. Like I said I also have never made this product before so as for how much can be made an hour was a We don’t have belt scales out there so our tons are a best guess using a count of loader buckets going into the jaw. A load can range from5-12 tons so I am still trying to figure out what number they have been using to calculate. I would be surprised if we surpassed 400 TPH asThat exceeds the rated capacity of the screen deck and Jaw with how we are set up. After talking to susan I’m wondering if it would be better to request a mto Increase our rated capacity to 500 TPH and reduce our hours per day down to 12 as we have never exceeded and don’t plan to work more than twelve hou Let me know how to proceed. I'll finish this relocation letter with the corrected hours. I have the emailed response for the Cedar Fort Advisory and I will use the reported additional screen and change in the production ton per hour as the notification request for a modification to your original relocation authorization DAQC-396-24. Just to make certain that I have all the correct information - is the additional screen also permitted by the Goodfellow portable Approval Order or are you using the CMC's portable permit? I am assuming that the equipment will be used for a recycling project. Your electronic application requested an operation window starting at 7 PM and ending at 5 PM. I'm guessing that you meant the ending time at 5 AM. If this is correct, the Division of Air Quality currently restricts portable equipment hours to 6 AM to 10 PM. Are the requested hours due to county/city requirements for this project?
