Re: Compliance Advisory, No Further Action – Gentry Mountain Mining, LLC

On November 12, 2024, the Utah Division of Air Quality (DAQ) sent Gentry Mountain Mining,
LLC a Compliance Advisory (DAQC-1126-24) for potential violations of the Utah Air Quality
Rules. On December 3, 2024, Gentry Mountain Mining, LLC submitted a NSPS Subpart Y
performance test that resolved the potential violation outlined in the Compliance Advisory
referenced above. Based on the additional information provided to the DAQ, no further action is
required at this time. Please be aware that closure of this Compliance Advisory does not constitute
a bar to enforcement action for conditions found during other inspections.
