This no further action applies only to the specific Release Site OJI . This recommendation is based on the information contained in the file for this release . That information was supplied by you, your consultant, or another representative. The information submitted indicates that any detectable petroleum contamination from this release is not a threat to human health or the environment according to Utah Admin. Code rule R311-21 l . In the future, if other evidence indicates a spread of contamination from this release which may cause a threat, further corrective action may be required. The release was reported to the DERR based on petroleum contamination encountered during environmental assessments. The extent and degree of contamination have been fully defined and a No Further Action (NFA) review is hereby requested. The NFA package with supporting documents can be found in the Google Drive Location: LUST RA/Closures/4000613, OJI. Please initial this memo when your closure package review is complete. If you have questions, comments, or concerns with the closure, please discuss with the project manager or request a closure committee discussion.
