Dear Matthew Baker:
The Division of Drinking Water (the Division) received the following documents on December 27, 2024:

The completed application form signed by Kent J. Fugal and dated December 26, 2024, which formally designates:
Kent J. Fugal, P.E., as the Professional Engineer (PE) having direct responsibility for the design of the entire water system, and
Kent J. Fugal, P.E., as the PE responsible for oversight of the hydraulic analysis of the entire water system.
