As required by 40 CFR 60.5420(b) and Section 11.8.8.b.3 of the above referenced Title V Operating
Permit, Kinder Morgan Altamont LLC is providing an annual report for reciprocating compressor
CE-4 located at Altamont South Compressor Station. Compressor CE-4 is an affected reciprocating
compressor facility with respect to NSPS OOOO, Standards of Performance for Crude Oil ond
Noturol Gas Production, Transmission and Distribution. This report is being submitted for the
compliance period beginning on October 75,2022, and ending on October !4,2023.
