As required by a0 CFR 50.5420(b), Kinder Morgan Altamont LLC is providing an annual report
for the reciprocating compressor driven by engine ICE-10 (K-3D) located at Altamont Main Gas
Processing Plant. This compressor is an affected reciprocating compressor facility with respect
to NSPS OOOO, Standords of Performonce for Crude Oil and Natural Gos Production,
Transmission ond Distribution. This report is being submitted for the compliance period
beginning on October L5,2023, and ending on October 14,2024.
