On March 26, 2024, the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) received documents relating to the recent purchase and new ownership at the above address location
for your recycling facility. The documents identified the previous owner Rocky Mountain Recycling Holdings, LLC as the seller, and the buyer as Circle D Enterprises. Documents included
were DBA Filing, Notice of Lease and Purchase Obligations, Commercial Real Estate Lease and Purchase Agreement, Bill of Sale, Assignment and Assumption Agreement, and Unanimous Joint
Written Consent to Action of the Managers and Members ofCircle D Enterprises, LLC.
The recycling facility previously operating at this location was Rocky Mountain Recycling – St. George. The recycling facility’s new name operating at the same location is Empire Recycling
Services. The new ownership information will be reflected in our records.
