Thank you for responding to Compliance Advisory No. 2404071, sent to you by the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control on May 9, 2024 (DSHW-2024-005961), regarding the lack
of adequate signage, the lack of landfill personnel during operating hours, uncovered waste, and a large amount of wind-blown litter observed during the April 16, 2024 compliance evaluation
inspection. Based on the information received, no further action is required regarding this matter at this time.
