Thank you for responding to the Compliance Advisory sent to you by the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control on May 15, 2024 (DSHW-2024-005046) regarding the lack of adequate
waste cover, the lack of adequate signage and security controls of the asbestos pit, and the acceptance of unpermitted waste observed during the February 15, 2024 compliance evaluation
inspection. Based on the information received, no further action is required regarding this matter at this time.
