On June 11, 2024 the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) received the “Intermountain Regional Landfill (IRL)-2024-Phase 2A Construction” packet (DSHW-2024-006706).
After reviewing the construction quality control/construction quality assurance (CQC/CQA) plan and proposed liner specifications, it appears that the proposed liner complies with the
liner requirements of Utah Administrative Code R315-303-3(3)(a). The CQC/CQA is approved.
