RE: Outage Notification, Unit I, Huntington Power Plant (Title V Permit#1501001005)
Dear Mr. Bird:
As required by ll.B.1 .f.3c of the Huntington Plant Title V operating permit, the purpose of this letter is to inform you of
a maintenance outage at the Huntington Plant. Boiler Unit was taken offline at 1:11 AM on Tuesday, October 29,
2024, due to a boiler tube leak. The tube leak was repaired, and the unit was back online with the completion of start-
up parameters achieved at 8:06 AM on Thursday, October 31 ,2024.
Please see the attached Maintenance Outage Report for details.
