Dear Mr. Randolph,
Kennecott Utah Copper LLC's (Kennecott) is submitting this letter to update
the responsible official for the Smelter and Refinery facilities with the Utah
Division of Air Quality (UDAa). Mr. Matt Tobey has assumed the role of
General Manager, Metals, which is the responsible offlcial for the Smelter
and Refinery Title V permit. Reports associated with the Title V permit will
be updated for Mr. Tobey's signature.
