Dear Mr. Bird:
As required by ll.B.1.f.3c of the Huntington Plant Title V operating permit, the purpose of this letter is to inform you of
a boiler unit outage at the PacifiCorp, Huntington Power Plant. Boiler Unit 2 was removed from service at 9:38 PM on
Thursday, October 14,2024 to make tube leak repairs. The maintenance was complete, and stable operation was
achieved at 10:33 PM on Saturday, October 12s',2024.
Please see the attached Maintenance Outage Report for details.
I am authorized to make this submission on behalf of the owners and operators of the affected source or affected
units for which the submission is made. I certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined, and am
