RE: Outage Notification, Unit 2, Huntington Power Plant (Title V Permit #1501001 005)
Dear Mr. Bird:
As required by ll.B.1.f.3c of the Huntington Plant Title V operating permit, the purpose of this letter is to inform you of
a boiler unit outage at the PacifiCorp, Huntington Power Plant. Boiler Unit 2 tripped suddenly due to drum level
pressure al 12'.48 AM on Friday, November 8th. The situation was resolved, and stable operation achieved, at 5:07
AM on November 8th, 2024.
Please see the attached Maintenance Outage Report for details.
I am authorized to make this submission on behalf of the owners and operators of the affecled source or affected
units for which the submission is made. I certify under penalg of law that I have personally examined, and am
familiar with, the statements and information submitted in this document and all its attachments. Based on my inquiry
of those individuals with primary responsibility for obtaining the information, I certify that the statements and
