Box 144820 Salt Lake City, UT 841144820 DLTAIIIMLNI OF ENVIHONMENIAL QUALIIY NO\/ 2 0 2024 DIVISION OF AIR OUALITY RE: Outage Notification, Unit 2, Huntington Power Plant (Title V Permit #1501001 005) Dear Mr. Bird: As required by ll.B.1.f.3c of the Huntington Plant Title V operating permit, the purpose of this letter is to inform you of a boiler unit outage at the PacifiCorp, Huntington Power Plant. Boiler Unit 2 tripped suddenly due to drum level pressure al 12'.48 AM on Friday, November 8th. The situation was resolved, and stable operation achieved, at 5:07 AM on November 8th, 2024. Please see the attached Maintenance Outage Report for details. I am authorized to make this submission on behalf of the owners and operators of the affecled source or affected units for which the submission is made. I certify under penalg of law that I have personally examined, and am familiar with, the statements and information submitted in this document and all its attachments.
