Title V Operatinq Permit No.3500030004
Kennecott Utah Copper - Smelter Facilitv
Condition l.S.2.c of Kennecott's Title V Operating Permit specifies lhat'The
Director shall be notified promptly of any deviations from permit requirements
including those attributable to upset conditions..." Conditions 11.B.1.j.3 and
11.8.1.k.3 specify lhat"quafterly reports are considered prompt notification of
permit deviations required in Provision l.S.2.c of this permit... " Per conditions
11.8.1.j.3 and 11.B.1.k.3 any applicable periods when weekly pressure drop and/or
liquid flow observations triggered daily observations are included in an attached
table. No deviations occurred during the third quarter of 2024.
