Dear Property Owner,
Under the direction of the State of Utah Department of Environmental Quality, Holden Town must inform all parties that are within Holden Town’s water source protection area that they
are required to follow guidelines to keep the water source protection area from being contaminated of chemical, fertilizer, or organic waste.
Holden Town is notifying all property owners that are within Holden Town’s water source protection area that there will be no such contamination that could harm the water source that
feeds the community of Holden Town.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter in keeping in order the safety and security of Holden Town’s water source.
