Inspection Module 12, Off-Hours Operations
Dear Mr. Rogers:
From December 04, 2024 through December 12, 2024, representatives of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control, performed Health Physics Inspection Module 12, Off-Hours
Operations. The inspection was a verification of compliance with Utah Radiation Control Rules and the conditions of your Radioactive Materials Licenses as they relate to radiological
safety at the Clive Facility.
The inspection consisted of reviewing operations during off-hours, interviewing EnergySolutionstaff, and reviewing the off hours security program.
All items inspected met applicable regulatory requirements and site procedures and no further action is required in regard to this inspection.
