On June 12, 2024, an inspection was conducted at your facility by Ryan Johnson,a representative of the Utah Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (DWMRC) of the Utah Department
of Environmental Quality. The inspection consisted of a Mill tour and a document review. The inspector made several observations at your facility and found no findings.
