The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted at your facility as they relate to compliance with the Utah Radiation Control Rules and the conditions of the license. The inspection consisted of observations by the inspector. During this inspection, the items observed were found to be in compliance with the Utah Radiation Control Rules and requirements for this license. The DWMRC considers this Inspection closed.
