On June 10, 2024, an inspection was conducted at your facility located in the Lisbon Valley, San Juan County, Utah by Ryan Johnson a representative of the Utah Division of Waste Management
and Radiation Control of the Utah Department of Environmental Quality.
The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted at your facility as they relate to compliance with the Utah Radiation Control Rules and the conditions of the license.
The inspection consisted of observations by the inspector.
During this inspection, the items observed were found to be in compliance with the Utah Radiation Control Rules and requirements for this license. The DWMRC considers this Inspection
