Dear Mr. Schull:

The Division of Environmental Response and Remediation (DERR) has reviewed the
Revised Site Characterization Work Plan, dated December 10, 2024, for the referenced site. The
document was reviewed as required by the provisions of the Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP).

Based on a review, the DERR has no further technical comments and accepts the document
under the VCP. The DERR previously accepted the workplan via email on December 10, 2024,
allowing the proposed field work to commence. This letter formalizes the review.
