The Division of Environmental Response and Remediation (DERR) has completed review
of the Groundwater Monitoring Report, dated October 31, 2024. The review was completed as
required by the provisions of the Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP).

Based on the data and information submitted to date, the DERR does not have any comments
on the report. Please keep the DERR informed of the schedule for any further follow-up sampling
events as we continue to look at the trend in MW-3 after the groundwater injections.
