VCP/BROWNFIELDS SECTION – SITE VISIT REPORT

SITE NAME: Semi Service DATE: December 11-12, 2024
PROJECT MANAGER: Leigh Anderson
PURPOSE OF VISIT: Site Visit to observe second round of site characterization sampling, including PFAS.

FIELD OBSERVATIONS: Groundwater sampling was conducted in accordance with the QAPP and the
approved workplan for the site. While the well was developing on the 11th, took time to inspect other parts
of the site including the summa canisters collecting soil gas in the building, and around the storage yard to
observe the locations of new and old wells and sample points relative to each other, and to check tanks
stored in the yard for any leaks. No issues were identified with either sample location or the tankers,
though one planned sample was relocated further north and east due to utilities along the road. A split was
taken on the 12 and delivered to the lab at about 1:15 pm. Please see the attached logs and pictures.
