Hello, I think Chris Howell might have mentioned that I'm taking over this site. Before he went over to the tanks side, he
mentioned to me that there was still a last bit of work to do removing a remaining bit of stockpiled material, and I wanted
to see if you've found any contractors yet.
Thanks,
Leigh

Hey Leigh,
We are planning on mobilizing to the Antimony Mill location on 8-Jul-2024 (Monday), beginning work that
afternoon, and hoping to wind-up everything by 11-Jul-2024 (Thursday)…
We should have everything confirmed with you by the end of this week.
Best Regards,
Brett

Hey Brett, I'm planning on being there. As part of that planning I realized that I can probably only stay to afternoon on
Wednesday as I'll have to be back in SLC Thursday morning. Let me know if this works for you.

Good Morning Leigh,
We are going to delay mobilizing to the Antimony Mill until the week of 12-Aug-2024.
Our haul-truck / transport company would not commit to availability next week due to ongoing projects with
Utah DOT. This company has an ‘arrangement’ with the operators of the Garfield County Landfill that
provide for access on days generally closed to the public and use of equipment at the landfill for loading
backfill. So, we would need to add personnel and equipment for backfill and alternative hauler for
transport/disposal. In addition, our XRF had a technical issue requiring servicing and personnel anticipated
to be involved with field activities had some unexpected personal issues to attend.
Although we are able to identify other haulers, could rent an XRF, and substitute other technical staff; the
impacts to carrying out remedial actions combined with the associated escalation in costs suggest the
prudent thing to do is reschedule.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Best Regards,
Brett

Thanks for helping me get the travel forms together, sorry it appears they seem to need to be canceled. I only just
received this. At least maybe next time will be smoother, and I imagine it's going to be a similar case in August where I
may just already be down there.

I'll get this cancelled in Adobe Sign. If you wouldn't mind updating your travel profile though, that would
be great!

Hey Brett, got it, and I'll start trying to move all my preparations to that time.
I spoke with Chris Howell before I received your last message and he mentioned something about split samples. We don't
have the XRF at our office because it's gone for a while to be factory recalibrated, so if we're doing splits I'm going to have
to arrange that with you and any labs we might use.

Leigh,
We’ll make sure you have everything you’ll need to collect split confirmation samples while in the field and
also provide appropriate Chain-of-Custody for laboratory analyses.

Hello again, now that we're getting closer to August 12, I wanted to check if that's still the plan to be out there for that
week.

Leigh,
We will have sample containers for spilt samples.
Our laboratories are Chemtech and Pace.
We will have custody forms and make arrangements for dropping off the splits.
