Hi Leigh,

Thanks for reaching out. I can’t recall if you need the owner here at the time you do the site inspection, or
not. If so, he is actually out of the country this Thursday for a few weeks. If you want to plan on a day
during the second week of September, that works for us. Let me know who you need to meet with here on
site to make your visit successful then we can schedule it accordingly.

Hello! It is about the time of year that we conduct a site inspection for the Granton Square VCP Site. Please let me know
what will work best for you. I will be out of office next week and the first week of september but I should otherwise be
open.

I can conduct the inspection on my own, but we often like to ask the owner along in case there's any access issues or
concerns, which I don't think would come up here.
Second week of September would work fine for me.

Okay, I completely understand. He will be in the office the second week of September. Do you have any
availability on the 10th or the 12th that you would like to schedule the site visit for? Anytime after 10am on
those dates should work well for Michael, the owner.

Sorry Holly, I just realized that I have some overflow from travel I'm doing the week before, and I'm going to need that
Monday and Tuesday in September to catch up. I'll look at September 12 though I'll need to check on something with Bill
that will be happening that day too. I'll get back to you.

Hi Leigh - no problem, just keep me posted if you are available on September 12th or even on the 13th. We
can also look at August 27, 28, or 29th as he has availability on those dates since he will be back from his
international travel that week. I was keeping that week clear of appointments, but that would also work out.
