VCP/BROWNFIELDS SECTION – SITE VISIT REPORT

SITE NAME: Murray UTA Lots/Firestation DATE: August 27, 2024
PROJECT MANAGER: Leigh Anderson
PURPOSE OF VISIT: Annual Site Inspection under the SMP

FIELD OBSERVATIONS: Met with Phil Markham from Murray City and Joseph Mittelman and other
members of the fire department. Apart from the addition of some off-color rock to the slope around the
retention basin to repair some erosion issues, not much has changed from the prior years. Landscape cap
appears intact, bioswale is coming back in, ventilation system seems fine though some aspects of the
vents seem slightly damaged (tilted or dented parts). Unsure if from installation or something else (wind
debris?). The damage seems superficial and unlikely to affect the function of the vents, but we determined
to keep an eye on this.

Minor soil occurrence in landscaped area, most likely from fill from the raised area than the soil
underlyling the cap
