On August 21, 2023, the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) received a revised Plan of Operation that changes the name associated with your Recycling Center
/ Transfer Station facility. For the last several years, the Division has referred to your facility as the Big City Recycling facility. The revised Plan of Operation changes the name
of the facility to Atlas Disposal Recycling Center / Transfer Station.
The revised Plan of Operation is hereby approved as a minor modification and is enclosed for reference.
