The Division of Environmental Response and Remediation (DERR) has received all the
documentation necessary to issue the attached certificate of compliance for the 20,000-unleaded,
12,000-gallon non-ethanol, 12,000-gallon premium, and 12,000-gallon diesel tanks at this facility.
This notice satisfies the requirement for written authorization to remove the delivery prohibition
tags in accordance with Utah Admin. Code R311-206-8(6). Please remove and discard any tags that
were attached to the fill for these tanks during installation. If you have additional questions, please
