Letter from DRC dated August 26, 2009 regarding Rio Algom Mining LLC's 2"" Half
2008 Groundwater Monitoring Report, received by RAM on September 8, 2009.
Rio Algom Mining LLC reviewed the document requesting additional information on field
sampling protocol and supporting data for low flow purging volumes, pump rates, and
pump positioning in well.
RAM is requesting a 30 day extension on replying to this Request for Information in
order to give our consultant adequate time to review the request and our current
sampling procedures.
