During the BAT inspection on January 26th, water was discovered in the interior of the SRS DU Building, in the northwest part of the
building where it has been observed in the past. The waste drums in this area are covered to prevent water from contacting the drums.

Per GWQDO #UGW450005, Appendix K Part 4.19.3, EnergySolutions is providing this notification and will provide written notification
of this concern within 7 calendar days of the discovery. EnergySolutions acknowledges that this notification is beyond the 24 hour
notification requirement and will address this with our BAT inspectors.
