Dear Mr. Anderson:
The Shredder Facility was taken out of service by EnergySolutions on Thursday, June 21, 2018 to
perform the Annual Inspection and associated repairs required by Appendix J of the GWQDP.
Subsequent to completion of this work, the Utah Division of Waste Management and Radiation
Control (DWMRC) inspected the repairs the same day June 21, 2018 and EnergySolutions has
placed the facility back into service. As requested, EnergySolutions provides notice that the
Shredder Facility is back in service.
