Box 144880 Salt Lake City, UT 84114-4880 CD18-PiThif Waste Management and Radiation Control JUN - 8 2018 Subject: Ground Water Quality Discharge Permit No. UGW450005 (GWQDP): Change in Groundwater Elevation Monitoring Frequency from Quarterly to Monthly — Compliance Monitoring Well GW-29 Dear Mr. Anderson: In accordance with Part I.F.5.a of the GWQDP, because the difference between first and second quarter 2018 depth-to-water measurements exceeds the criterion of 0.40 feet, EnergySolutions is providing this notification and immediately increasing the water level measurement frequency from quarterly to monthly at well GW-29. The depth-to-water measurements and quarterly measurement difference are listed in Table 1. Monthly depth-to-water measurements at monitoring well GW-29 will begin in June 2018.
