Dear Mr. Anderson:
The Rotary Dump Facility was taken out of service by EnergySolutions on Monday, May 21,
2018 and again on Monday, June 4, 2018 to perform the Annual Inspection and associated
repairs. Subsequent to completion of this work, the Utah Division of Waste Management and
Radiation Control (DWMRC) inspected the repairs on both of these dates, and EnergySolutions
has placed the facility back into service. As requested, EnergySolutions provides notice that the
Rotary Dump Facility is back in service.
