Dear Ms. Gleave:
On December 21, 2023, the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control received your response to the Inspection Letter (DSHW-2023-211376) which was sent in regards to the inspection
that took place at the Marysvale facility on October 25, 2023. An inspector with the Division had a follow up call with you on May 21, 2023. Thank you for addressing the items that were
brought to your attention in the inspection letter. The remaining outstanding item that was discussed is the pile of green waste and rock that has been placed outside of the main gate
to the facility.
Please submit photos within 30 days of the date of this letter of the cleared area to [e-mail] so that this matter can be closed out.
