RE: 2024 Inspection of EnergySolutions' Clive Site LLRW Wash Facilities;GW Module 4 Inspection;Ground Water Quality Discharge Permit UGW450005.
Dear Mr. Anderson:
On April 23, 2024, an inspection was performed at your Clive, Utah Site byrepresentatives of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control, Utah Department of Environmental
Quality. The inspection consisted of selective procedureexaminations, personnelinterviews, and independent observations by the inspectors; and anexamination of representative records
of each facility toassess compliance at your LLRW Wash facilities as they relate to conditions of Ground Water Quality Discharge Permit, UGW450005. Results of the site inspection were
discussed with Roger Ekins and David Booth at the conclusion of the site inspection and the records were reviewed later at the Division’s office.
Based on the findings documented during the site inspection and subsequent record review the facilities were found to be compliant with requirements of the Permit.
